At Prepfect, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we expect minimal return requests, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Our return and refund policy is outlined below.
How to Make a Return
We accept returns on unused products sent back in their original condition and packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. If you wish to activate the 100 day guarantee, please contact us at info@prepfect.com.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@prepfect.com to receive the return address. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Processing Your Return
Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving the item. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer hassle-free exchanges. To start an exchange, please contact us with your order number at info@prepfect.com.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us on the day of delivery by emailing info@prepfect.com with your order number, full name, and clear photos of the issue. Please provide any additional details in writing to help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Missing Orders & Delivery Issues
We are not liable for missing parcels due to incorrect addresses or delivery instructions requesting placement in an unsecure location. If your order is missing, please contact us at info@prepfect.com.
We cannot process refunds or replacements until 20 working days from the dispatch date (or 25 working days for international shipments). If the order has not arrived after this period, we will issue a replacement.
Customs Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on your order. Please check your local government’s website for information on applicable import fees before placing your order.
