Refund & Return Policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed or cancelled.
If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Lifetime Guarantee
Our products are covered by a lifetime guarantee for manufacturing defects or material faults for as long as Prepfect is actively operating.
If an issue arises with your item, please contact us at info@prepfect.com with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos. We’ll review and approve qualified cases for a replacement or refund.
Please note: Once Prepfect has ceased operations, we are unable to accept new guarantee claims. We encourage all customers to report issues within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders with care, but external delays (e.g. customs, courier delays) are outside our control. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments, but we will do our best to assist if any delivery issues occur.
If your tracking shows a problem or your item hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly or email us at info@prepfect.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@prepfect.com with clear photos and your order number.
If approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not accept claims for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If your order contains an incorrect address, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for refunds.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused items sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@prepfect.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issues to the original payment method within 7 business days.
If your product is genuinely faulty or you experience an issue, we’ll assess your request and may offer a refund or replacement where appropriate. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
Important Note for Winding Down
Prepfect is currently winding down operations. Orders placed before closure will be fulfilled and covered under this policy.
After August 30, 2025, we will no longer process returns, refunds, or guarantee claims. Please contact us before this date for any support needs.
