Prepfect is officially winding down. After an incredible journey, we’ve made the decision to close our doors and stop accepting new orders.

If you recently placed an order: don’t worry. All orders are still being fulfilled, and we’re continuing to offer full customer support throughout this transition.

Refunds and returns will still be honoured for the next 30 days after your product is delivered.

This support period will remain open until August 30, 2025, after which our operations will fully close.
